Monica's Letter
Dear Jo,
Good Evening! You just crossed my mind today. Just thought I would say hello and also update you on things. You will be happy to know that the girls have been doing exceptionally well with keeping their room tidy. Also, I went thru the clothes and eliminated anything I didn't need. After you came and started the project, my oldest daughter (Amani) has pitched in to help with cleaning allot. I don't know about the other families, but I and mine are very grateful and thankful for all your help. We appreciate all your hard work, and effort. We think that you have a heart of gold! I picked of another job, and I am starting classes for school in the fall. Therefore, I haven't had the time to complete all the BIG projects with the apt. However, keeping it clean is what me, and my family focus on. This is all thanks to you! I am looking forward to attending your class. Keep me updated on when it starts please. In closing I would like to add, I and my family appreciate your hard work, and we refuse to let your hard work go unnoticed. You DID NOT come into our home and fix it up for your hard work to be in vein. The girls are working on a letter of appreciation for you. They wanted to wait 60 days to show you that they made an accomplishment. Also, they set a goal, to keep the room up and they wanted to prove to you that what you did meant a lot to them. Thanks so much! God Bless!
P.S. Me and my family hopes this e-mail makes you smile!
Yours truly,
Monica and the kids
